Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your parcel.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached to the exterior.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
